How to Sell to Us

      Our buying process is easy and convenient with a guaranteed offer. Here’s how to sell your items to us:

1. Email us at thegrey@thegreyscourtsidecards.com.  Let us know what you are looking to sell and your selling price.  We will respond within 1 business day.

2.  Please include in the email your contact information and preferred payment method.  (Payment is typically made to the customer via our Business Venmo account or a certified bank check).

3. Ship: Ship your items via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Packages must be received within 7 business days.

4. Get Paid: Get paid within 48 hours after we receive your shipment

• During peak holiday times and during large sale periods please allow 72 hours for payment.

How to Ship your Items:

1. Please be sure to pack your items carefully. We recommend using sturdy, undamaged boxes (the heavier the item shipped, the sturdier the box should be). In addition, use generous amounts of bubblewrap, packing foam or other material to insulate the product from the sides of the box. Any item received damaged or unfit for resale will not be purchased and will be shipped back. It is your responsibility to make sure all items reach us in sellable condition.

2. Please be sure to include the provided packing slip with any items you are sending to us. Without this information, we won’t know where to send payment or how to contact you with any questions. When grouping shipments, please include packing slips for each list!

3. You may ship your items to us any way you wish. We recommend USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex for both cost efficiency and service. All of our buy prices reflect what we are paying for delivered items, so you are responsible for shipping costs.

Important Notes

• Packages not received within 7 business days of submission will automatically be canceled.

• To participate, you must be at least 18 years old.

• Boxes and cases must be factory sealed with original shrink wrap, untampered and in new condition. No dings, dents, torn shrink wrap, water damage, etc. will be accepted.

• We have the right of refusal upon inspection. Rejected items will be shipped back to you within 7 business days after receipt at no cost to you. Rejection reasons and shipping progress tracking for the return package will be emailed to you.
