SHIPPING INFORMATION
We package and ship all orders with a great level of care to make sure that your order gets to you securely. All orders placed before 12 PM E.S.T. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM E.S.T. will be shipped on the following business day. Please note that this does not apply to UPS shipping!
Shipping Options
We ship via USPS and UPS. Based upon the size of your order and location you will have various shipping options at checkout. To estimate the cost of shipping for your order you can utilize our shipping calculator located at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes. Please be aware of customs charges that may apply to international orders.

We offer free USPS/UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $250 within the continental U.S. Orders between $50 and $249 in the continental U.S. ship for a flat rate of $9.95, while orders under $50 in the continental U.S. ship for a flat rate of $12.95

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Trading Card Boxes & Cases
All trading card sales are final. However, in some cases, we may accept returns if the request is made on the same day of package delivery. All items must have their factory seal intact and be in its original condition.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can help rectify the situation. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damaged Packages
If packages are damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately. In these cases, we will have the damaged shipment returned to us at no cost to the buyer and issue a new package immediately, provided we have more products in stock.
Please do not open the box/case and inspect the contents if you suspect damage has been made to the physical items inside. Once an item is open, we cannot accept the return regardless of any damage incurred during transit.
Damaged cards or manufacturer error
In the event that cards inside of the unopened box/case are damaged due to a manufacturer error, we will put you in contact with the appropriate party to help resolve the issue. Manufacturer replacement usually only lasts for one full calendar year after release, but in most cases, they will do their best to give you a fair resolution.
The Grey's Courtside Cards is not responsible for any manufacturer errors, including production errors. Issues of this nature should be brought to the attention of the manufacturer.
